What is Knowledge Management? The same Q again????

My perspective to Knowledge Management (KM) would be anything connected or related to Knowledge - be it Imparting Knowledge in terms of Training, meeting, mentoring, guiding, counselling etc. Extracting Knowledge - Feedback on project, group discussion, after actions review, reporting to others, status updates, technicalities, documentation, meetings etc. Storing - be it the inscriptions on palm leaves, on rocks, metal plates to the hottest trends on storing it on Mobile (of course losing it sometime). Retrieving - to get the stored knowledge when ever required (I know a lot of people are still struggling with this part including me).....so finally things around these and managing them would be Knowledge Management.
